A FULL dress rehearsal for
the opening ceremony of the 10th BIMPNT-EAGA Friendship Games that will
take place tomorrow was conducted at the Indoor Stadium of the Hassanal
Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas yesterday to ensure its
smooth running.
Minister of Culture, Youth
and Sports Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin
Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin
witnessed the rehearsal.
Also present was Permanent
Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Datin Paduka Dr
Hajah Norlila binti Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil.
BIMPNT-EAGA stands for
Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines-Northern Territory East Asian
Growth Area. The Friendship Games are aimed at strengthening friendship
among BIMPNT-EAGA members and athletes in the direction of unity,
understanding and cooperation through the Friendship Games.
